MECHANICS
- Stand a Chance to Ride Away with Yamaha PG-1 (“Contest”) is organized by CRIT Esports Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“Organizer”).
- Participants must purchase any Unifi product worth RM35.00 and above to qualify for the Contest.
- The purchase must be made during the ACS Season 3 Grand Final event on 30th November 2024 (10am-10pm) & 1st December 2024 (10am-6pm) at the Unifi Mobile booth.
- Upon successful purchase, participant will be provided with a participation form where participant is required fill in their details and to answer a question to win in the Contest.
- The participation form must be submitted to the Unifi Mobile booth by 6pm of 1st December 2024.
- Any inaccurate and incomplete forms will be automatically disqualified.
- Participants are eligible for multiple entries, provided additional purchases of different Unifi products valued at RM35.00 and above are made.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
This Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must purchase any Unifi product during the specified event dates and time.
- Must be NEW Unifi customer. Any change of Plan/Port is not eligible for the Contest.
- Must not be an employee of TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd or CRIT Esports Malaysia Sdn Bhd, including their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses)
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Winner selection and announcement
- One (1) winner will be selected through a physical draw conducted by CRIT Esports Malaysia Sdn Bhd at the Unifi Mobile Booth at the ACS Season 3 Grand Final on 1st December 2024 between 7.00 PM and 7:30 PM.
- If the winner fails to be present to claim the prize after three (3) calls, the winner is automatically disqualified and another winner will be selected.
- The winner will be required to produce physical NRIC for verification purpose to claim the Contest prize.
- By accepting the prize, the winner consents to take part in promotional activity.
Prize details
- The prize for the Contest draw is a Yamaha PG 1 motorbike worth RM6,998.00.
- The winner will be solely responsible for:
- Transporting the motorbike from the event location.
- Any costs associated with insurance, registration, or additional items they may require for the motorbike will be borne by the winner.
- All other expenses, not expressly specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equivalent value without prior notice.
- The prize is given on an "As Is" basis and are not exchangeable for cash, credit, other items or voucher, in part or in full.
- The Organizer makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
Other terms
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or violate the Terms and Conditions.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by participants during the course of participation (e.g., transportation, data usage, or accommodation).
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Liability and Disclaimer
- The organizer shall not be liable for:
- Any technical issues, delays, or errors during the Contest process.
- Lost or misdirected entries due to network or human errors.
- Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation or use of the prize.
- The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the prize after it has been handed over to the winner.
Privacy policy
- By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Contest.
- Personal data will be handled in accordance with CRIT Esports Malaysia Sdn Bhd's privacy Policy
